evolution of Rubens
There are many fair, voluptuous and strong women's bodies in Paul Rubens's paintings;
Most of them present themselves in seductive and alluring postures,
which, in my opinion, are representative of human desire.
I want to place these beautiful bodies in a weird space, like in a dream, a black hole or some kind of chemical solution.
When we are naked and placed in an unrecognizable and unknowable environment, with no tools available and no equipment to help, we become full of desire and fear...
Today's humans are racing to accelerate the advancement of technology. With development, we are rushing towards an unknown and out-of-control time and space every day, yet increasingly discovering our own insignificance and helplessness. . .
